Job Description

- Lead the Group's financial planning and analysis activities across multiple countries and business entities.
- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial information for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, financial controls, and reporting governance frameworks.
- Partner with finance and technology teams to enhance reporting systems, automation, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate planning activities across multiple international markets.
- Develop standardized budgeting methodologies, performance metrics, and financial KPIs across the organization.
- Prepare periodic forecasts, reforecasts, and variance analyses to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Develop and manage group-wide cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning activities.
- Partner closely with operational, commercial, and asset management teams to evaluate business performance and profitability drivers.
- Build financial models to support growth initiatives, investment decisions, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and capital investment evaluations.
- Prepare executive-level board presentations, management reports, and shareholder reporting materials.
- Serve as a key finance partner to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations and strategic insights to support decision-making. The Successful Applicant A Successful Head Of FP&A Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience within FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance functions.
- Proven experience in business partnering and supporting senior management decision-making.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency operations within a regional or international environment.
- Strong understanding of management reporting, KPI development, and financial planning processes.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, planning tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate financial data into commercial insights.
- Experience within hospitality, travel, accommodation, real estate, or asset-intensive businesses would be advantageous. What's on Offer
