- 16.40PM Your main role is to: 1. Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels for products allocated to the SEA/ EMEA/ SK/ DIN region.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory / transaction audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with planning and procurement teams regarding stock replenishment and demand planning.
- Identify discrepancies and improvement initiatives for inventory variances, WH efficiency, logistics cost control.
- Maintain proper warehouse layout and stock location management for efficient operations. 2. International Logistics Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate export shipments from Thailand to EMEA countries.
- Prepare and verify export documentation including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin,     Shipping Instructions, Export declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control requirements. 3. Cross-Regional Communication
- Coordination point between Thailand warehouse operations and SEA/ EMEA  / SK / DIN regional teams.
- Provide shipment tracking information and resolve logistics-related issues. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain is a plus. SAP experience is preferred.
- Experience in international shipping or export operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for international coordination (TOEIC 750 is a plus). Top reasons for why join us?
