Modified Tapioca Starch Factory, Lat Lum Kaeo, Pathum Thani 1. Senior Data & Analytics Specialist – Tableau & Salesforce Data 360 Key Resp o nsibilities
• Design scalable analytical databases, data models and semantic layers.
• Integra te data from SAP, Salesforce and manufacturing systems.
• Develop data pipelines and manage data quality, including Salesforce Data 360.
• Design high-performance Tableau dashboards and enable self-service analytics.
• Establi sh reusable KPI definitions and governed data sources.
• Prepare trusted data for Tableau AI and Agentforce use cases.
• Support users and manage related tickets through Freshservice.
• Apply b asic project and change management practices. Key Qual i fications
• 5+ yea r s of experience in BI, Data Analytics or Data Warehousing.
• 3+ year s of hands-on Tableau development experience.
• Strong database design, dimensional modeling and advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-o n experience with ETL/ELT, APIs and multi-source data integration.
• Experie nce with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud.
• SAP, ma nufacturing analytics, Tableau Next, Tableau Semantics or Tableau Agent experience is an advantage. ⸻ 2. Sen i o r Salesforce Platform & AI Specialist Key Resp o nsibilities
• Indepe n dently design, configure, develop and support Salesforce applications.
• Build S alesforce objects, validation rules, Lightning pages and Flow automation.
• Design and implement Agentforce, including instructions, actions, data access and human handover.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, SAP, Data 360, Tableau and other systems.
• Write S OQL queries and implement REST API and OAuth integrations.
• Manage user access, permission sets, sharing rules and data security.
• Monitor Salesforce releases, technology direction and feature retirements to support the platform roadmap.
• Support users and manage related tickets through Freshservice.
• Apply b asic project and change management practices. Key Qual i fications
• 5+ yea r s of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, solution delivery or support.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder and Salesforce Flow.
• Ability to independently write SOQL and implement REST API and OAuth integrations.
• Hands-o n experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud.
• Good un derstanding of current Salesforce capabilities and future technology direction.
• Salesfo rce certifications and experience with Sales Cloud, SAP integration, Apex or Lightning Web Components are preferred. Language Requirement
