About the role
Plan and manage interior decoration projects from initiation through completion and handover. Control budget, work plans, and quality standards. Manage teams across site, factory, supplier, and subcontractor operations. Coordinate with employers, design consultants, and main contractors.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and manage interior decoration projects from start to completion and handover
- Control budget, work plans, and quality of work
- Prepare and manage Master Schedule, Weekly Plan, and Recovery Plan
- Manage project teams (Site, Factory, Supplier, Subcontractor)
- Coordinate with employers, design consultants, and main contractors
- Monitor and track work progress (Factory and Site)
- Inspect site readiness (flooring, ceiling, MEP, structural work, architectural work, aluminium glass work)
- Review Shop Drawings and Material Approvals
- Manage Claims, Payments, and Variation Orders (VO)
- Analyse risks and resolve issues as they arise About you
- Work Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00
