About the role
This role involves developing creative ideas and concepts for content, corporate communications, and marketing activities. You will plan and create engaging content that aligns with target audiences and the company's brand image, working across multiple digital channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for content, corporate communications, and marketing activities
- Plan and create engaging content that aligns with target audiences and the company's brand image
- Create written and visual content for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Participate in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Collaborate with Graphic Design, Marketing, Video Production, and other relevant teams
- Manage and monitor content from concept development through production and publication
- Stay up to date with social media, marketing, digital content, and technology trends
- Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content
- Generate fresh, innovative, and engaging ideas to support the organization's communication and marketing objectives About you
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop ideas and turn concepts into engaging content
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital consumer behavior
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other relevant software
- Photography, videography, video editing, or graphic design skills will be an advantage
- Good teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively under deadlines
- Confident in presenting ideas and creative concepts to team members and management
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in Creative, Content Creation, or Social Media is highly preferred
