General Description We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead plant operations at our Prachinburi Thailand location.   The incumbent will lead world-class manufacturing solutions and service support to customers.  The incumbent will also develop and drive strategy for continuous improvement of the Plant performance to ensure satisfaction of customers, shareholder, employee and external community. Responsibilities:

- Proactive Production Planning & Execution
- Drive and take full ownership of daily production planning, seamlessly consolidating and monitoring output across both shifts (Day & Night) to ensure 100% target achievement.
- Make swift, decisive calls to solve immediate line issues, preventing any ripple effect on overall production schedules.
- Resource Optimization (Man & Machine)
- Aggressively optimize production capacity, strictly aligning manpower allocation and machine efficiency with master production targets.
- Strategic alignment of production schedules with machine capabilities and constraints to maximize operational output.
- Raw Material Expediting & Supply Chain Control
- Strictly oversee and coordinate raw material flow to meet production timelines.
- Push and expedite material procurement with relevant teams to eliminate supply shortage risks before they impact the line.
- Strategic Reporting & Bottleneck Elimination o    Prepare precise daily production summaries and comprehensive monthly operational reports. o    Track, analyze, and present monthly scrap/defect rate reports, providing clear insights into production losses. o    Identify and deep dive into production bottlenecks, constraints, and root causes, proposing actionable solutions directly to executive management. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IE, Logistics Management, or a related field with production planning.
- Min 5 yrs of hands-on experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, in component part, electronic, and other similar.
- Proven track record in production planning supporting sales volumes of 100M+-Baht/month.
- Technical Skills required advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, dynamic planning formulas, and operational modeling).

Must be able to work full-time at the plant in Prachinburi Province.
