Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Hua Hin. The Consultant will work closely with leadership and project teams to shape residential concepts, refine wellness-oriented living experiences, and align development plans with the company’s vision for longevity-focused environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and resident needs, providing strategic recommendations on design and services, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting stakeholder discussions. The role also involves coordinating with architects, wellness experts, and operations teams to ensure that project execution reflects the intended lifestyle concept. The Consultant will contribute to continuous improvement of community offerings, resident engagement, and overall project performance. Qualifications
- Strong background in consulting, strategy, or project development, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or wellness-focused environments.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and translate insights into practical recommendations for residential or lifestyle projects.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, operations, and management teams to implement concepts and initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, facilitating discussions, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an on-site setting.
- Interest in wellness, sustainable living, and human-centered design; prior experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and comfort with preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in Hua Hin and adapt to a dynamic project environment while maintaining a resident-focused perspective.
