Digitalization Manager

Lead and drive business analysis, functional solution design, and project management for SAP MM (Materials Management), procurement platforms, and related digital transformation initiatives across GPSC Group. Act as a senior interface between business functions, IT teams, vendors, and management to analyze complex end-to-end procurement processes, define to-be operating models, translate strategic and operational requirements into practical system and digital solutions, manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful implementation, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of procurement processes and platforms.
- Lead engagement with procurement functions, business users, process owners, and management to understand strategic priorities, business pain points, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear functional requirements for SAP MM and procurement platform solutions.
- Lead end-to-end as-is process assessment and to-be process design for procurement and related business processes, including identification of bottlenecks, duplications, control gaps, compliance risks, and value improvement opportunities, supported by process flows, BPMN, swimlanes, business rules, and operating procedures.
- Elicit, analyze, challenge, validate, and prioritize complex business requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews, data analysis, and alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, internal controls, system constraints, and enterprise standards.
- Evaluate, recommend, and justify solution options, including SAP MM configuration and enhancement, workflow, RPA, integration, analytics, and digital procurement platforms, and perform gap analysis between business needs, process design, and IT system capabilities.
- Provide senior functional guidance for SAP MM module design, configuration, enhancement, testing, and support, including purchasing, inventory management, material master data, release strategy, approval workflow, and integration points with FI/CO, SD, PM, PS, and procurement platforms.
- Own and quality-review key project and business analysis deliverables, including Business Process Documents, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Test Scenarios, Project Charter, Project Plan, Risk/Issue Log, Decision Log, and Process Improvement Proposals, and present findings, options, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead workshops among business users, IT teams, vendors, and related functions to align requirements, validate process and solution designs, resolve cross-functional issues, make trade-off decisions, and prioritize project scope and deliverables.
- Manage project management activities, including project scope definition, work plan, milestones, timeline, deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, change requests, and status reporting to ensure delivery against agreed business objectives and governance standards.
- Coordinate and drive delivery with project stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and business owners to monitor progress, follow up actions, manage changes, escalate risks/issues, and enable timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead test planning and coordinate SIT/UAT with business users and IT teams, including test scenario design, defect triage, issue resolution, readiness assessment, and sign-off management to ensure solution quality before go-live.
- Drive change management and adoption activities, including stakeholder communication, training approach, user manuals, go-live readiness, cutover support, post-implementation support, benefit realization tracking, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and operational performance.
- Perform other assignments as delegated by management, including cross-functional initiatives, process transformation programs, and digital improvement activities.
