About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers in Thailand. The successful candidate will promote talc, magnesium hydroxide, masterbatch and other industrial materials. Previous knowledge of these products is not required. The company will provide training on product knowledge, applications and basic technical information after joining. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of industrial materials sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote talc, magnesium hydroxide, masterbatch and other industrial materials.
- Visit customers and understand their needs.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and manufacturing locations in English.
- Prepare customer visit reports.
- Perform other reasonable sales-related duties assigned by the company. About you
- Thai nationality with native-level Thai.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English by email and in business conversations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to visit customers and travel within Thailand.
- Interest in B2B sales and industrial materials.
- Willingness to learn new products and their applications.
- This position is not open to fresh graduates. Preferred Experience The following experience will be advantageous but is not mandatory:
- B2B sales experience, particularly involving industrial products or materials.
- Experience in industrial chemicals, plastics, additives, fillers or related products.
- Experience working with compounders or plastic manufacturers.
- Knowledge or sales experience involving MDH, ATH or flame-retardant materials. Benefits
- Monthly base

salary:
THB 32,500–42,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Transportation allowance: THB 2,000 per month.
- Mobile phone allowance: THB 500 per month.
- Total fixed monthly compensation: THB 35,000–45,000.
- Annual bonus. The previous-year actual payment was equivalent to three months of base salary.
- Annual salary review.

- Company-provided medical insurance.
- Annual health check.
- Paid annual leave, public holidays and sick leave in accordance with company policy and Thai law.

We mainly supply talc and related materials to customers in Thailand and overseas. We operate a Bangkok office and a warehouse in Rayong.
