About the Role
Business Analyst Responsibilities
• Own requirements end to end for major initiatives across Web, iOS, Android and back office, from discovery, analysis and PRD through to sign-off at UAT
• Work with business leaders to turn business and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements
• Lead impact analysis across the application landscape (systems, data flows, APIs, third-party vendors) and identify risks, dependencies before development starts
• Provide options with a clear recommendation: build vs buy, phased rollout or workaround with its cost and risk
• Set the standard for requirement quality: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and QA test scenarios ready for dev and QA
• Drive prioritisation with Product and Project Management and push back on scope when timelines or quality are at risk
• Use data (SQL, dashboards, event tracking) to validate problems before proposing solutions, and measure outcomes after launch
• Mentor Junior and Mid-level BAs, review their work and improve team practices (templates, Jira hygiene, ways of working) Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related subject
• Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in software development, with 2+ years at senior level or leading requirements for large projects
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-team products in an Agile and cross-functional environment
• Strong skills in process modelling (BPMN, flowcharts), data analysis (SQL), and writing specs for APIs and integrations
• Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, payments or digital assets
• Able to lead workshops and present confidently to management
• Strong ownership and judgement, able to work independently with unclear or changing requirements
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; Thai is a plus Required Skills
• Process modelling (BPMN, flowcharts)
• Data analysis (SQL)
• Writing specifications for APIs and integrations
• Ability to lead workshops and present confidently to management
• Strong ownership and judgement, able to work independently with unclear or changing requirements
• Fluent in both written and spoken English Preferred Skills
• Thai language skills
• Understanding of crypto trading, wallets, on/off-ramp or blockchain basics
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Figma
• CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile certification For Senior level
• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years in Software Development projects
