- Corporate Innovation Consulting, People Transformation and Venture Builders. RISE is looking for a talented and energetic Program Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact innovation programs and executive transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Program Managers to coordinate workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, strong ownership, and operational execution within the innovation ecosystem. Role & Responsibilities
• Support Program Managers in delivering innovation-centric programs including workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and executive transformation programs
• Assist in formulating, organizing, and monitoring interconnected projects and activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and participants to ensure smooth program execution
• Support project timelines, scheduling, documentation, and operational processes
• Assist in managing deadlines, budgets, resources, and overall program activities
• Handle cross-functional communication and support day-to-day coordination tasks across multiple projects Qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or related fields. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good understanding of project coordination and program management processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution quality
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and support evolving business needs
