Job Description
• Manage and monitor day to day of inbound shipments receiving
• Manage work plan and prioritise by daily and weekly
• Coordinate with other internal and external team to ensure that inbound shipment process is smooth
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure that staff members follow strictly on company policies and procedures
• Delegate work duties for staff to achieve objectives and allocate available resources properly
• Review performance data (activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
• Create department report for work analysis and performance improvement
• To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in Warehousing (e-commerce is highly preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good team player
• Able to work on shift and day-off when required
