Role Description The Brand Representative (sales) is a part-time remote role responsible for promoting Skimble.ai’s learning solutions and strengthening the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective and existing users, answering questions about products, and communicating the brand’s value in a clear, authentic manner. The Brand Representative will support brand awareness by participating in online events, social channels, and community outreach, while gathering feedback to share with internal teams. This role also involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, following up on leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to achieve growth goals. Qualifications Preferred: Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Philippine
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and support learners effectively.
• Experience in brand ambassadorship and brand awareness to represent Skimble.ai consistently across channels.
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement is beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools or edtech platforms is a plus.
• Ability to use basic CRM or tracking tools to document interactions and follow-ups.
