Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee financial accounting activities and ensure compliance in bookkeeping. Organize the preparation of core financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statement, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Treasury & Cost Management: Consolidate funding requirements and report to headquarters. Monitor budget execution and optimize fund utilization efficiency. Analyze cost structures and drive cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Prepare regular financial analysis reports for management and provide data-driven support for profit forecasting, investment evaluation, and other strategic decisions.
• Tax Management & Compliance: Maintain tax ledgers, handle corporate tax filings and related inquiries, and manage Thailand VAT refunds, CIT filings, WHT filings, and other tax obligations. Ensure full compliance with local financial and tax regulations and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during audits and inspections.
• Internal Controls & Process Optimization: Establish and enhance the financial internal control system, standardize reimbursement and payment processes, and mitigate financial fraud risks.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline.
• Hold a valid CPD Certificate or equivalent accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience in finance and accounting operations.
• Strong mastery of Thai accounting standards, local tax regulations, and foreign exchange control policies.
• Proven ability to independently handle Thai local tax filings—including PIT, CIT, VAT, and related tax matters—while ensuring full financial compliance.
• Native or fluent Thai speaker, and Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Salary Range: 80,000 – 100,000 THB
