About the Role
We're looking for a Retail Operations Manager to build and lead our Retail Supervisor team. You'll set the standard for how our brand is shown and sold in stores across Thailand, and turn field data into better sell-out every month. สถานที่ทำงาน / โครงสร้างรายงาน

Location:
Bangkok (with regular store visits nationwide)
• Reports to: Head of Offline Sales
- Thailand
• Team: Retail Supervisors, working with partner promoter teams
• Employment type: Full-time หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ What You Will Do
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Retail Supervisors covering stores nationwide
• Build and scale the field team as we grow: plan headcount and regional coverage, recruit and onboard new team members
• Drive sell-out and in-store execution: product availability, display, pricing, promotions and promoter performance
• Set store priorities, visit frequency and routes, and make sure every visit follows our store visit standards
• Partner closely with Key Account Managers on sell-out targets and campaign execution, so every promotion is live in store on day one
• Collaborate with distributor / retail partners and their field teams: share Anker priorities, offer product training and joint store visits, and exchange store data
• Work with distributors / partners on promoter support, including product training and knowledge checks
• Track team KPIs through your own dashboard and our field-force system; give clear feedback and development plans
• Follow up store issues with the right teams until they are resolved
• Look after display assets and POSM, and report market and competitor insights to management, KAM and marketing
• Help shape and improve our retail operating standards as the channel grows คุณสมบัติ What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years in retail or field sales operations, with at least 2 years leading supervisors, area managers or a field team
• Experience in consumer electronics, mobile or IT accessories in Thailand is a strong plus
• Knowledge of modern trade, IT/electronics chains, carrier shops, distributor and direct retail partner channels
• Experience working with distributor / partner field teams and promoters employed by distributors or agencies
• Comfortable with data, field-force tools and simple dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Lark etc.)
• A coach who sets clear standards and holds the team to them fairly, and a natural partner who builds trust with distributors, retailers and internal teams
• Fluent Thai and good business English
• Able to travel regularly; own car and driving licence preferred ทักษะที่จำเป็น
