About the Role
We’re looking for an Art Director to bring strong creative vision and hands-on design expertise across our portfolio of hospitality, wellness, F&B and lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone who can concept, design and art direct — from campaigns, digital and social content to photography, film, print and guest-facing collateral — while maintaining a high standard of visual quality across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with the Brand Director, lead and mentor a Graphic Designer, and collaborate with external creative partners to bring ideas from concept through to final execution. ART DIRECTOR The Art Director is responsible for the visual execution and creative quality across the Group’s portfolio of hospitality and wellness brands. Working closely with the Brand Director, the Art Director translates established brand strategy and creative direction into compelling visual work across campaigns, digital, social, photography, film, print, collateral and guest experiences. This is a hands-on creative role. The Art Director will conceptualize, design and art direct work themselves while also guiding a Graphic Designer and managing external creative partners when required. The successful candidate must be comfortable designing and executing creative work themselves, not solely directing others.
