About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Manager, Transformation & Organization Development to lead enterprise-wide organization transformation initiatives that drive business growth, workforce effectiveness, and future-ready capabilities. This role partners closely with senior leadership to redesign organization structures, enhance workforce capabilities, drive change initiatives, and enable sustainable business transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead organization transformation and workforce effectiveness initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Drive organization design, restructuring, job architecture, and operating model improvements.
• Develop competency frameworks, career architecture, and talent mobility programs.
• Lead change management initiatives to support transformation and business growth.
• Advise senior leaders on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Utilize workforce analytics and insights to improve organizational performance and productivity.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to build high-performing, agile, and future-ready organizations.
• Manage large-scale transformation projects from design through implementation. What We're Looking For
• 8-12+ years of experience in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Strong experience in organization design, restructuring, operating model design, competency frameworks, and change management.
• Background from consulting firms, transformation offices, or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English. Preferred Background Experience from one or more of the following areas:
