Phuket, Thailand 🏢 Industry: Real Estate Development We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Legal Manager to join our growing real estate business in Phuket. The ideal candidate will be a trusted legal advisor who can provide practical legal solutions, offer strategic recommendations, and support management in making sound business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage legal matters related to real estate development, property transactions, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Oversee litigation, disputes, and legal risk management.
• Provide proactive legal advice and practical recommendations to management and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and real estate requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to support business objectives. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• 7–10+ years of legal experience, preferably in real estate development or property-related businesses.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, litigation, and real estate law.
• Solid understanding of property development, land transactions, and relevant legal regulations.
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act as a strategic legal business partner, confidently providing professional opinions and practical solutions.
• Proactive, business-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior management.
