Tester (English Fluent)

Responsibilities
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze requirements and work with BA/Developers to clarify specifications and define test conditions.
• Design and execute manual test cases/scenarios for Mobile Applications and Backend APIs.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Test RESTful APIs and validate request/response, status codes, data, and business logic.
• Perform Mobile App testing on iOS/Android, including functional flows and device compatibility.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects; collaborate with Development and BA teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and testing documentation.
• Support system integration testing, regression testing, and production smoke testing during product releases.
• Provide testing progress, risks, and quality feedback to the team/manager.
• Research and apply new testing techniques and best practices to improve product quality. Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on Manual Testing experience.
• Experience in Mobile App Testing (iOS/Android) and Backend/API Testing.
• Good understanding of RESTful API, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON.
• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Good understanding of test case design, defect management, and software testing methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and quality mindset.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English communication skills, especially in reading technical documents and communicating at work.
