Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end distribution center operations covering inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, service level, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Analyze warehouse and inventory data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, manpower utilization, warehouse space, cost, and process efficiency.
• Manage warehouse budget and operating expenses while balancing cost, service, and business requirements.
• Utilize WMS / SAP / ERP and other systems to strengthen operational control and inventory visibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams while working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, IT, and other related functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant customs or regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse / Distribution Center / Logistics Management.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Omnichannel, or high-SKU distribution environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse productivity, cost control, and space optimization.
• Strong hands-on Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into practical actions.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, ERP, or other warehouse systems.
• Good command of English and strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
