Location:
Onsite at key stakeholders’ offices as required (near BTS Siam Station). Purpose: This senior client-facing role is responsible for leading the functional implementation of a Health & Care Insurance platform. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and implementation / configuration teams, ensuring business needs are translated into high-quality functional specifications and delivered successfully. The role includes project management, Agile delivery coordination and stakeholder management in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities
• Build and maintain the project plan, milestones and roadmap.
• Lead project governance, steering committees and status meetings.
• Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate business, configuration and development teams.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and follow implementation progress
• Chase and manage dependencies on other three parties, including environment access, documents and stakeholder availability.
• Track implementation using Jira dashboards and KPIs Required
• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager, Functional Consultant or Implementation Consultant.
• Languages: Thai (Native or Professional Working Proficiency), English (Professional Working Proficiency).
• Experience implementing enterprise software and insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Health Insurance, Employee Benefits or Medical Claims experience is a major advantage
• Key Competencies
• Experience writing BRD, FSD, process flows and configuration specifications.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience.
• Experience coordinating configurators and developers until delivery.
• Ability to analyse Change Requests and assess impacts.
• Experience planning and coordinating UAT.
• Experience coordinating production deployment and Hypercare.
• Experience training Key Users.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Advantageous
• Experience in Asia-Pacific insurance projects.
• Experience with distributed/offshore delivery teams.
• Knowledge of NO SQL Database (MongoDB), Python, REST APIs, integrations and data migration.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or equivalent certifications.
