ERP Head of Delivery

Overview: We're looking for a Delivery Lead to head our ERP delivery team in Thailand. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery quality, team performance and project governance across all functional streams in the country. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on project management role. You will oversee the full project portfolio, lead a team of project managers, solution consultants, functional consultants and customer success managers, and make sure every client receives consistent, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities 1. Team leadership
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Thailand ERP delivery team across all functions.
• Coach and mentor team members, resolve conflicts and onboard new consultants.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture and keep staff turnover low. 2. Project portfolio and customer success
• Oversee all ERP projects in Thailand to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.
• Track milestones, deliverables and risks, and give leadership consolidated visibility.
• Oversee customer success activities so clients receive consistent post-go-live support.
• Join project managers at key client meetings, escalations and milestone sessions. 3. Resource and workforce management
• Own resource assignment and deployment decisions for the Thailand team.
• Plan capacity, identify skill gaps and keep billable utilisation on target.
• Define hiring needs and take part in candidate selection with HR and regional leads. 4. Governance, escalation and reporting
• Ensure projects follow the PMO framework, delivery methodology and documentation standards.
• Act as the in-country escalation point for delivery and operational issues.
• Submit monthly portfolio status reports, with ad hoc updates for critical issues.
• Work with regional functional leads to adapt global methodologies to the Thai market. Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• At least 8 years of ERP implementation experience, including 3 or more years leading projects or teams.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple ERP projects on time and on budget.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior client executives.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written. Preferred:
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or another cloud ERP.
• Experience in a consulting or ERP partner environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
• Experience managing a regional or matrix reporting structure.
