Job Description
Collaborate with business management, marketing, and R&D teams to discuss and develop new product ideas. Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to evaluate product feasibility and technical requirements. Design and develop medium and high voltage cable products according to customer and market requirements. Redesign and improve existing products to enhance performance, functionality, and cost efficiency. Prepare design documents, technical drawings, specification sheets, and related engineering documentation. Present product designs and technical information to management and stakeholders. Oversee prototype development and engineering activities. Conduct prototype testing and evaluate product performance, usability, and durability. Analyze test results and resolve product-related technical issues. Ensure products comply with company standards and international regulations. Qualificat ionBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fiel ds.

Knowledge of electrical cable design or power cable systems is an advanta ge.
Good analytical and problem-solving skil ls.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional tea ms.
Good communication and presentation skil ls.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effective ly.
Good command of English is preferr ed.
