Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – Maintenance Reliability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical power system maintenance, reliability engineering, and preventive/predictive maintenance within a manufacturing or power plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the reliability and availability of electrical power systems, including transformers, switchgear, MDBs, motors, generators, and UPS.
• Plan and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM), including thermography, insulation testing, vibration analysis, and oil analysis.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify issues and minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor and report reliability KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
• Optimize preventive maintenance plans, critical spare parts lists, and maintenance standards.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical power system maintenance within manufacturing or power plant environments.
• Good knowledge of reliability engineering, RCA, FMEA, and CMMS.
• Understanding of electrical protection relays and safety practices, including LOTO and Arc Flash.
• Professional engineering license is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
