Salary:
THB 50,000+ per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Central Bangkok (Asoke area, easily accessible via BTS and MRT) Required Qualifications and

Experience:
· Open to candidates of any nationality o Candidates are not required to currently hold a Thai work visa or reside in Thailand. The company will provide the necessary visa and work permit support as needed.
· Bachelor's degree or higher
· Age 27 years and above
· 5+ years of work experience
· Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings (e.g., client meetings, presentations, and business correspondence) o Japanese: JLPT N1 or N2 equivalent o English: TOEIC 850+ or equivalent
· No prior coaching experience or certification is required
· Experience studying, living, or working abroad, particularly in Japan, Europe, or the United States, is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities
· Participate in structured training and development programs to develop as a professional coach.
· Learn, apply, and deepen your understanding of COACH A's proprietary Systemic Coaching™ methodology to support leadership and organizational transformation.
· Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across Thailand and the ASEAN region to understand their needs and create long-term value.
· Deliver high-quality coaching services, including one-on-one and group coaching engagements
· Support the planning and delivery of organizational development projects, including stakeholder coordination, project management, and client communication.
· Support business development activities, including proposal development, expanding existing projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with colleagues across offices and countries to enhance service quality, share best practices, and contribute to business growth.
