Stepping into this role means taking total ownership of a flagship hyperscale facility from initial shovel-in-the-ground to full client handover. As Project Director, you are the single point of executive accountability—leading multi-disciplinary PMC teams, managing direct C-suite/senior international tech client relationships, and steering massive budgets and schedules. - Client Context: Tier-1 International Technology Clients
- Eligibility: Must be Thai National (International relocation support available for Thais living abroad)
- Project Timeline: New project starting Q1 2027 (Start no later than March 1st) Why You Should Apply
- Lead flagship hyperscale data centre delivery across Bangkok, Thailand.
- Manage high-level international client relationships with total delivery ownership.
- Join an elite consultancy driving regional digital infrastructure growth. What You Will Do
- Direct end-to-end project execution from design through commissioning handover.
- Lead client-facing stakeholder meetings and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Oversee project programme, budget, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Drive overall site safety, quality standards, and contractor performance. Experience You Need
- 12+ years experience delivering large-scale major construction projects.
- Proven track record leading hyperscale data centre or mission-critical builds.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities. Nice to Have / Bonus
- PMP or equivalent professional project management certification
- Open to Senior PMs from Tier 1 PMCs ready to step up The Company & Benefits
