About the Role:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse operations, including Inbound, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, Dispatch, and Returns. You will ensure service level achievement, inventory accuracy, workforce productivity, and cost efficiency while supporting the dynamic demands of FMCG and beauty product distribution.

This role requires a highly visible leader who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, coaching teams, solving operational challenges, and ensuring seamless execution during both routine operations and peak sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Distribution Operations

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in accordance with company standards and inventory control requirements.
• Maintain operational excellence while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.

E-commerce & Retail Fulfillment

• Oversee high-volume B2C e-commerce fulfillment and B2B retail order processing.
• Ensure order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment performance across all sales channels.
• Support seasonal promotions, online campaigns, product launches, and peak-demand periods.

Inventory Management

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and annual stock audits.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock aging, and potential discrepancies.
• Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions.

Dispatch & Returns Management

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and work closely with logistics and transportation partners.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance.
• Manage product returns and reverse logistics processes efficiently.

Team Leadership & Workforce Planning

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams.
• Plan manpower requirements, including permanent and temporary staff, to support varying business demands.
• Drive productivity, accountability, safety, and team engagement across warehouse operations.

Process Improvement & Cost Control

• Continuously improve warehouse workflows, storage utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Support and optimize the use of ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems.
• Control warehouse operating costs, including labor, overtime, temporary workers, and logistics-related expenses.
• Identify and implement productivity improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Distribution, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, Retail Distribution, or 3PL environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Experience managing warehouse supervisors and operational teams.
• Proficiency in ERP, WMS, or warehouse management systems.
• Strong understanding of SLA management, productivity measurement, workforce planning, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead both strategically and operationally in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
