Project-based role focusing on strategy and implementation according to the business needs
Lead and execute projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities from senior managements
Analyze the local / global market landscape data and initiate the new projects or potential business areas for e-wallet, lending, and insurance businesses
Explore new business potentials for e-wallet, lending, and insurance businesses by enhancing existing business and expanding to new products/services
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders e.g. product, operations, compliance, legal teams, and regulators to align business goals and ensure seamless execution
Provide data support and analyze meaningful insights/recommendation for internal team and management for continuous improvement
Prepare comprehensive documentation for the projects such as tracking and reporting, workflow, manual and presentation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any fields with strong passion in FinTech, E-Commerce, and Digital industries
0 - 3 years of experience in business strategy, project management, management consulting, fintech, and banking or equivalent areas
Fluent in English and Thai
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior managements and cross-functional teams
Demonstrate ability to learn fast, handle multiple and complex projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong sense of business and analytical skill and able to make judgement based on logical reasons
High energy and self-motivated to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Had 1st hand experience in end to end business strategy and/or project management
Previous experience in client-facing roles or working cross-functionally

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Strategy and PMO Associate to drive strategic direction and ensure efficient execution across e-wallet, digital lending, and insurance businesses. You will work closely with senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy or/and project management experiences with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
