Responsibilities:

Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial control and equipment.
Lead the installation, testing, setup, and system integration of new machinery and automated equipment.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control system issues to ensure maximum machine uptime.
Implement automation upgrades to boost production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce manual labor.
Partner with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to execute automation projects and drive continuous improvement.
Educate and support maintenance and operational staff on control systems and equipment operation.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (configurations, schematics, SOPs) and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and SHE safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field).
3 years working with industrial machinery, including setup, testing, and commissioning in a factory environment.
Able to program PLCs as well as design, setup, and troubleshoot HMI screens.
Strong understanding of mechanical parts, electrical systems, and machine controls.
Good understanding of standard machine communication networks.
Able to check machine performance data to speed up production and fix bottlenecks.
Familiar with factory safety rules and risk assessment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work well with other teams to make improvements.
Able to work 6 days per week.
