Bitkub Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd. operates in the development and design of blockchain technology for mass adoption and democratizing the opportunity for users. The company also assists businesses in integrating blockchain technology into the client’s legacy system in order to maximize efficiency, secure data, and automate slow processes.
Job Description:
- Understand people by choosing research methodologies to gain insights from users/customers and stakeholders.
- Understand Mobile First strategies to create intuitive and platform-appropriate experiences.
- Define research objectives, screen and recruit participants when interviewing users, create and test surveys, summarize research data, and use it for further development.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize complex workflows for both Web and Mobile.
- Build and develop design system, ensuring all components (from micro-interactions to complex dashboards) are reusable and consistent.
- Collaborating with product teams, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver optimal product solutions.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree
- Expert-level skills in Figma for UI/UX, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities; strong organizational and leadership potential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments and demonstrated success in launching and scaling tech or crypto products.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a solution-driven, “can-do” attitude. Able to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
