What you'll be doing

  1. Field Force Management

  2. วางแผนและจัดสรรพนักงานขาย (BA / PC / PC Supervisor) ให้เหมาะสมตามช่องทางการขาย

  3. กำกับการทำงานของ PC Supervisor/ PC และวางระบบการติดตามประสิทธิภาพรายพื้นที่
  4. ประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานรายบุคคล (Performance Review)

  5. จัดอบรมและพัฒนาทักษะการขาย/ความรู้สินค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง

  6. Agency Coordination

  7. บริหารความร่วมมือกับ Field Force Agency: สัญญาจ้าง, SLA, KPI และงบประมาณ

  8. ตรวจสอบการจัดคน และความพร้อมหน้างานรายวัน/รายเดือน

  9. เป็นตัวกลางระหว่างทีมภายในองค์กรกับ Agency ในกรณีปัญหา/การพัฒนากระบวนการ

  10. Instore Execution & Activation

  11. วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายในร้านค้า (Promotions, Sampling, Display setup)

  12. ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Trade / Brand Marketing ในการออกแบบและนำกิจกรรมลงพื้นที่

  13. ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของจุดขาย: สื่อส่งเสริมการขาย, ป้ายโปรโมชั่น, POSM

  14. Key Account Execution (Sell out performance)

  15. ประสานงานกับทีม Key Account ในการวางแผนกิจกรรมการขายและการดูแลทีมPC/PC Sup ร่วมกับทีม Key account ประเมินผลการทำงานของทีมField force

  16. ตรวจสอบ compliance ของกิจกรรม และตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของจุดขายตามแผน

  17. จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินการ และแนวทางปรับปรุงยอดขายในร้านค้า

  18. Reporting & Data Analysis

  19. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย, รายงานกิจกรรม, และประสิทธิภาพของทีมภาคสนาม

  20. นำเสนอ Insight และแผนปรับปรุงต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อเพิ่ม ROI และประสิทธิภาพงานหน้างาน
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in field operations or sales management; supervisory experience required.
  • Strong leadership in managing multi-territory field teams and driving performance.
  • Skilled in coaching, performance appraisals, and capability building.
  • Proven ability to execute in-store initiatives (promotions, sampling, displays).
  • Strong collaboration with Key Account teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Data-driven, able to interpret sales and productivity reports to recommend improvements.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and results oriented.
