Description:

Job Summary

Oversee and develop inbound and outbound material for all Business Unit to comply with all applicable laws/regulations.

General Responsibilities
  • Support & Assist to International Trade Business in order to development, review, and maintenance of sustainable business growth
  • Oversee and manage all functions activities and all necessary documentation to maintained within the area of customs compliance to ensure that process and procedure are comply with Thailand Customs regulations
  • Inbound & Outbound Customs Compliance material control conforming to the Customs regulation, standard and law.
  • Customs Clearance Process and Procedure: Oversea and develop all internal functions & activities are under DKSH Compliance, Code of Conduct, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) policy
  • Customs Function: Oversee and Manage all tariff classification, valuation, FTA privileges, Rule Of Origin and documentation.
  • Customs Legal: Provide Customs legal advice to Board/Panel
  • Support & Assist to Business Units development, review, and maintenance of sustainable business growth
  • SAP/MMM (Material Master Maintenance) Function: Oversee and Develop MMM data relate with Customs HS code, Duty rate and Privileges
  • Board/Committee of Customs Broker, Freight Forwarding selection. Set up Policy and SOP, roles & activity, Liability for Business partners.
  • Cost Control: Maximize Freight & Local Customs Clearance efficiencies with reasonable Cost Control.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge in all applicable export and import laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of supply chain, distribution, transport and logistics
  • Proven experience in international trade and customs compliance, preferably in a multi-national environment
  • Demonstrate working knowledge on SAP system
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
