ECCO Tannery (Thailand) in Ayutthaya, as a part of ECCO Leather Group currently is looking for a highly qualified and international minded individual to fill in the position as: GLD Assistant (Order Management Officer)
Key Responsible
- Develop and manage production plans for leather products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Coordinate the relevant department and availability of raw materials, including leather, chemicals, and other components.
- Follow up production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including EMCS, master skins, and logs, for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, technical, and quality assurance departments, to address and resolve any issues related to leather products.
- Forecasting and planning material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand.
- Provide support and feedback regarding product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to leather product performance and quality metrics.
- Prepare reports and assist in monthly reporting.
- Ad-hoc tasks with any related assignment.
- Comply with Company's priorities and policies in terms of debt collection. More generally Comply at all times with all policies and regulations applicable to the role.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree or above related in English, business administration, marketing or any related major.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years in Business Administration functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong experience in convenience and demonstrating a proven track record of success in managing customer relationships and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of customer and principles, customer management, and trade management
- Understanding of category, brand, products, and relevant dynamics factors.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business.
- Proficiency in statistics, planning, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their customer perspective and operational impacts
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office is required, including Excel: macros, v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas etc.
- Acknowledge in manufacturing processes would be advantage
- Work independent, communicative, logically, patient, fast and eager to learn
- Innovative, energetic to work in a diverse team.
