  1. 具备 FMCG、零售(Retail)、品类管理(Category)或供应链(Supply Chain)相关工作经验
  2. 熟悉供应链、库存管理及商品分销流程
  3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及问题解决能力
  4. 具备良好的数据分析能力,熟练使用 Excel / Google Sheets
  5. 具备良好的中文沟通能力,HSK 5 级或以上
  6. 熟悉或具备 Power BI、Tableau、SQL,或 ERP 系统(如 SAP / Oracle / NAV)经验者优先考虑

  7. 了解进口、报关流程及商品合规认证相关法规

  8. ประสบการณ์ในด้าน FMCG, Retail, Category, หรือ Supply Chain

  9. ความเข้าใจด้าน Supply Chain, Inventory และ Distribution
  10. ทักษะสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาดีเยี่ยม
  11. มีความสามารถด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analysis) และใช้ Excel/Google Sheet ได้ดี
  12. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้อย่างดี HSK 5 ขึ้นไป
  13. ถ้าใช้ Power BI, Tableau, SQL หรือ ERP เช่น SAP / Oracle / NAV จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  14. มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการนำเข้า–ศุลกากร และการขอใบรับรองสินค้าตามกฎหมาย

岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)

  1. Sourcing ซัพพลายเออร์ใน–ต่างประเทศ และเจรจาต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไขทางการค้า

    负责国内及海外供应商的开发与筛选,并进行价格及商务条件谈判
  2. ดูแลงานนำเข้า (Import) เอกสารศุลกากร และการขอใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น อย. / มอก. / SDS

    负责进口业务流程,包括报关文件及相关认证申请,如 FDA(泰国)、TISI、SDS 等
  3. วางแผนสินค้าและบริหารสต็อก เพื่อลด Out-of-Stock และควบคุม Overstock

    进行商品与库存规划,降低缺货风险(Out-of-Stock),并有效控制库存积压(Overstock)
  4. วิเคราะห์ยอดขายราย SKU / Category และจัดทำรายงาน Dashboard ตัวชี้วัดสำคัญ

    分析 SKU 及品类销售数据,制作关键指标报表及数据看板(Dashboard)
  5. วางแผนโปรโมชั่น กลยุทธ์ราคา และการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่

    制定促销计划、定价策略及新品上市规划
  6. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น คลังสินค้า โลจิสติกส์ การตลาด และทีมขาย

    与仓储、物流、市场营销及销售团队等相关部门进行协调合作
  7. วางแผนการขนส่งและกระจายสินค้าจากคลังไปยังหน้าร้านสาขา ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

    负责从仓库到门店的商品配送与运输计划,确保货品按时、准确送达各门店
  8. บริหารแผนเติมสินค้า (Replenishment) ให้สอดคล้องกับยอดขาย โปรโมชั่น และระดับสต็อกของแต่ละสาขา

    根据销售、促销及库存状况制定门店补货计划
  9. ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการจัดส่ง เช่น ความตรงเวลา อัตราการขาดสต็อก และต้นทุนการขนส่ง

    跟踪配送绩效(如准时交付率、缺货率及运输成本),并持续优化配送流程
