Job Responsibilities​

  1. Undertake daily administrative work, including managing office supplies, maintaining office order, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.​
  2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, arrange meeting venues, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes.​
  3. Assist in handling document work, such as drafting, translating, and sorting out Chinese and Thai documents, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents.​
  4. Support business activities, including following up on business matters, communicating with internal and external parties, and providing necessary assistance for business negotiations.​
  5. Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and arranging transportation.​
  6. Maintain good relationships with relevant institutions, partners, and clients, and assist in public relations work when needed.​
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.​

Job Requirements​

  1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited; fresh graduates are acceptable.​
  2. Language skills: Must be fluent in both Chinese and Thai, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities in both languages. Proficiency in English is a plus.​
  3. Comprehensive abilities: Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.​
  4. Professionalism: Have a serious and responsible work attitude, strong sense of confidentiality, and good team spirit.​
  5. Computer skills: Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
