Benchmark Electronics, a NYSE-listed company (BHE), is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Thailand's largest Benchmark facility.

     Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on equipment such as aqueous cleaning systems, wave/selective soldering machines, auto routers, ovens, soldering irons, and auto conveyors.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train technicians and operators.
  • Collaborate in Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to support process engineers and machine setups.
  • Ensure maintenance standards meet ISO 9002, IATF 16949, and FDA product requirements.
  • Support manufacturing teams in product setup and process optimization.
  • Manage and control spare parts inventory in compliance with IATF 16949.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. High vocational graduates with continued BSc education are also welcome.
  • 2–10 years of experience in equipment maintenance. Senior engineers are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English communication – speaking, writing, and comprehension.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or SMT technology.
  • Hands-on expertise with electronic industry machinery.
  • Passion for new technologies and innovative products.
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Access databases, and web-based systems.

Work Environment:

  • 5-day work week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional OT).
  • Clean, air-conditioned factory environment.

  • Direct reporting to the Manager.
