Building and Security System Management

Managing building facilities and security systems with a strong focus on CCTV and security technology. The role ensures compliance with PTTEP rules/regulations, SSHE policy, and service quality standards. The officer must be capable of reviewing and writing TOR, monitoring contractors, and providing technical solutions. In case of onshore/offshore travel, the officer should be able to make initial decisions and resolve issues related to CCTV and security systems independently.
Key Accountabilities- Lead and oversee CCTV and security systems for building and office facilities, including installation, operation, preventive/corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Review and develop TOR and contracts specifically for security systems and CCTV projects; monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with standards and contractual obligations.
- Provide technical advice and initial problem-solving for CCTV/security systems during onshore/offshore visits.
- Plan and implement improvements for building security operations, including integration of advanced surveillance technologies and system upgrades.
- Source and analyze data for security system performance benchmarking and cost-effectiveness to propose new initiatives.
- Develop and update security standards, procedures, and guidelines to align with PTTEP SSHE policy and international best practices.
- Prepare and control budgets related to security systems and CCTV projects in accordance with approved WPB.
- Act as focal point for ISO standards related to security and facility management (ISO41001, ISO45001, etc.).
- Coordinate with relevant parties for space utilization and office facilities while ensuring security compliance.
- Supervise security operations across 4 sites under FFM responsibility (PTTEP H.O., PTIC, RASC, PSRC).
- Handle special projects related to security system enhancement and process improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in security systems management, preferably with CCTV expertise.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel onshore/offshore and resolve technical issues independently.
