IT/Data Consultant
to grow its Professional Services team in China.
With strong skills in data modeling, datamarts, REST APIs, and ETL, you will support our clients in China and across Asia in implementing projects covering data, digital marketing, privacy, and customer experience.

YOUR DAILY MISSIONS

Within a close-knit team, as an IT/Data Consultant your mission is to
organize, plan, and lead multiple client projects from scoping to go-live, in line with existing processes and company standards.
Your main responsibilities:

• Design:
  lead and facilitate design workshops; write functional specifications and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Testing/Acceptance:
  define the testing strategy; document all test cases; prepare datasets with IT; execute tests and report progress.
• Steering & Strategy:
  contribute to project committees you will prepare for stakeholders (progress/decisions/project risks/deadlines, etc.).
• Analyze and assess the technical feasibility of client requests
  and estimate the required effort.
• Produce the technical and functional documentation for the solution.
• Set up Scal-e instances for our clients.
• Coordinate with IT project managers and data engineers to define workload plans.
• Collaborate with R&D to roll out new product features: design, front-end/back-end coding, debugging.
• Support partners or sales teams in pre-sales meetings.
• Share your expertise in responses to RFPs.
• Support local partners or clients by answering their questions.

YOU'RE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF

You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science/data and have 3 years of relevant experience (strong plus if at a software vendor, systems integrator, or in-house at a client).

Required knowledge and experience :

Technical

• Relational databases (MySQL), data modeling, and datamarts
• REST APIs / Web services
• ETL
  (data flows, APIs, web services, connectors) to build pipelines and data flows
• Knowledge of data modeling and segmentation/scoring
  (RFM, PMG, etc.); any experience in data mining (structured or unstructured) / algorithms
• Cloud data warehouses
  (e.g., BigQuery), MDM or CDP, Loyalty, Marketing Automation and/or BI (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)

Project & Team Management

• Multi-project management experience
  : process/documentation tracking and improvement, organization, meeting deadlines, autonomy, task prioritization
• Strong client relationship skills
  : experience in design phases and facilitating client workshops; solid negotiation techniques
• Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, a team player, pragmatic, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage risks and issues and propose solutions
• Fluent Mandarin and English are mandatory.
  French is a plus.
