Job Description

  • Maintain and support existing systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle operational incidents reported through the service desk, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to complete assigned activities.
  • Develop programs, applications, or reports based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, offering suggestions for solutions and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and other project-related materials.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance after system or project deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Programmer/Software development and System analyst
  • Having skills in SQL statements (Query, Stored procedure, Function) will be an advantage.
  • Knowing C# programming languages (.Net core 3.1, .Net 5+, and EF.Core) will be an advantage.
  • Knowing Microsoft SQL Server Services (SSRS)
  • Knowing warehouse operations and processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can do attitudes with a good service mind
  • Able to work as a team and individual.
  • Interpersonal and customer relation skills.
