Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract & Commercial Legal

* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including:

* Data center colocation agreements

* Service Level Agreements (SLA)

* Power supply and utility contracts

* Vendor, procurement, and maintenance contracts

* NDAs, MOUs, and partnership agreements

* Ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk policies

* Maintain contract templates and contract management system

  1. Regulatory & Compliance

* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to:

* Data center operations

* Telecommunications / IT / cloud services (where applicable)

* BOI promotion conditions

* PDPA / data protection laws

* Monitor regulatory changes and assess legal impact on business

* Coordinate with regulators, authorities, and external legal counsel

  1. Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial

* Support corporate governance matters including:

* Board resolutions and shareholder resolutions

* Company registrations and statutory filings

* Corporate records and licenses

* Support BOI reporting and compliance documentation

* Assist with corporate restructuring or expansion projects

  1. Risk Management & Legal Advisory

* Identify and assess legal risks related to operations, contracts, and investments

* Provide legal advice to management and internal stakeholders

* Support dispute resolution, claims, and litigation management

* Coordinate with external lawyers and consultants

  1. Compliance with Standards & Audits

* Support compliance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301)

* Prepare legal documentation and evidence for internal and external audits

* Develop legal SOPs, policies, and internal controls

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Law

* Lawyer license (Thai Bar / Lawyers Council) is an advantage

* 5 years of legal experience

* Experience in data center, telecom, IT, infrastructure, energy, or technology companies preferred

* Good command in English;

* Chinese proficiency is a plus

* Immediate start is preferred
