Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain the swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters, dosing systems, and lighting equipment.
Check and record water quality parameters such as pH, chlorine, and alkalinity, and adjust chemical levels to meet health and safety standards.
Ensure that the pool and surrounding areas are always clean, safe, and ready for daily use.
Clean the swimming pool and vacuum sediment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for daily use.
Maintain and keep all pool equipment, facilities, and assets in good working conditions.
Report any malfunction, defect, or damage immediately to the Supervisor
Handle pool chemicals safely according to standard procedures (MSDS).
Provide courteous, polite, and professional service to residents, guests, and users.
Maintain accurate daily operation logs and water test records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
Qualifications
- No specific educational degree required (experience in pool operation or maintenance is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of pool filtration systems, pumps, and chemical usage.
- Able to swim and perform basic emergency assistance in the water.
- Responsible, careful, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Service-minded, disciplined, and maintains a positive working attitude.
