Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supporting project delivery and operational maintenance.

  2. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of lT lnfrastructures such as servers routers, and switches

  3. Coordinate, supervise, and assist vendor personnel with site access, equipment inspection,maintenance,and troubleshooting.

  4. Plan and execute low-voltage wiring, cabling installation, labeling, and asset management within thedatacenter.

  5. Conduct reqular inspections, maintain duty logs, and ensure the cleanliness and improvement of the data center environment during onsite.

  6. Assist customers remotely with troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during monitoring and inspections.

  7. Perform other related tasks as assianed by the supervisor.

  8. Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support schedule as required

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of server hardware, network equipment, cabling standards, and power systems.
  • Hands-on experience with racking servers, cable management, and basic diagnostics of hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, ITSM ticketing systems, and inventory management platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and provide support during weekends/holidays as needed.
