Job Summary:

The Ads Optimization is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). The role focuses on maximizing ROI, improving ad performance, and leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of online advertising, strong analytical skills, and experience in managing large-scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement strategies for audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in digital advertising.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to meet business objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify new advertising opportunities and develop strategies to test and implement them.
  • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok or other major advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of PPC, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
