Maison Artinian is a Fine Jewelry boutique located in the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.

For the daily management of the boutique, we are looking for a Boutique Assistant

Position Summary:

The Boutique Assistant is responsible for the sales and customer service of the Maison Artinian boutique, for the inventory, and the day-to-day procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Opening - Closing hours duties:


• Punctually maintain boutique opening and closing hours


• Perform start-of-day and end-of-day procedures


• Plan, organize and supervise sales and inventory items, arrange displays, and always maintain boutique's high standards

Customer Service:


• Be attentive to personal appearance, and social manners


• Ensure positive attitude and deliver professional customer service


• Handle customer inquiries in a prompt, polite manner


• Be informed about the product lines and the merchandise, achieve sales targets with win-win negotiations


• Present jewelry features, quality, cuts, value of jewelry and remain focused


• Assist customers with after sales services

Inventory and Shop Administration:


• Update product prices by communicating with head office


• Keep accurate daily sales records


• Provide packaging, and certificates to customers


• Ensure invoicing and payment processes are correct on every sale


• Implement inventory stock take


• Safeguard safety standards


• Manage petty cash


• Report to senior management

The Ideal Candidate:


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Gemology, or related field plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail jewelry


• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis


• Ability to focus on customer's needs and provide high level of service


• Maintain confidentiality


• Attention to detail


• Prioritize daily schedules
