Position Overview

The Global Procurement Strategist plays a key role in optimizing Up&Under's global supply chain, sourcing high-quality materials, and building strategic supplier partnerships across multiple countries. This position supports product innovation, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency across our shapewear, activewear, comfort-tech, and lifestyle categories.

This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, resourceful, and excited to work across international suppliers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Global Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify, evaluate, and develop global suppliers across fabrics, trims, packaging, and specialized technologies. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.

  1. Cost Strategy & Negotiation

Analyze cost structures, negotiate pricing, and secure long-term cost advantages without compromising quality or lead time.

  1. Procurement Planning & Risk Management

Develop sourcing plans aligned with business timelines, product launches, and forecast needs. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as delays, shortages, and capacity issues.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Development, Production, R&D, Finance, and International teams to support new launches, improve lead times, and align sourcing strategies with brand goals.

  1. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

Track supplier KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend improvements for cost, quality, and efficiency. Provide insights on market trends, raw material innovations, and country-specific sourcing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or production management.
  • Experience with garment, textile, or consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication (English + Thai)
  • Comfortable with international coordination across time zones.
