Our client is a leading international real estate consulting firm with an established presence in Thailand, delivering professional project and construction management services across a wide range of sectors, including mission-critical and data centre projects.

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and controlling all electrical works on site for data centre projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and compliance with design and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all electrical construction works including HV/LV, UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
  • Supervise electrical contractors and specialist vendors on site.
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Control progress, quality, and safety of electrical works.
  • Coordinate with Construction Manager, MEP teams, consultants, and client.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
  • Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and construction sequences.
  • Resolve technical issues and site coordination conflicts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years experience in electrical construction / MEP projects.
  • Experience in data centre / mission-critical / industrial projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems, testing & commissioning, and site management.
