Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Category Executive
to join our team. This role will focus on managing and growing one of our key product categories:
Band & Kids, Combo, or Pro Audio
. You will work closely with sales, marketing, multimedia creative designer and procurement teams to drive category performance, support product launches, analyze trends, and improve sell-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end category management process for the assigned product group.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of product promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor category performance through data analysis and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and retail teams to ensure consistent product presentation and positioning.
  • Participate in product training and knowledge sharing with internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across all sales channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in category management, product marketing, merchandising, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
  • Passion for music and knowledge of musical instruments or pro audio equipment is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges is a strong advantage.
  • A proactive attitude is a plus.
