  • Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement operations
    to support new promotion launches across all brands, ensuring all products meet quality standards, specifications, and budget requirements.
  • Manage purchasing activities according to the marketing calendar,
    partnering closely with Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and suppliers to deliver materials and products on time.
  • Drive operational excellence
    by developing new methods and processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance of the purchasing team.
  • Represent the company in all procurement-related engagements
    with franchisors, including receiving operational guidelines, coordinating on purchasing requirements, and negotiating to protect the company's interests.
  • Analyze market conditions, economic trends, and internal/external factors
    affecting product costs to inform cost management strategies and support accurate purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with all brands and relevant stakeholders
    to identify solutions, resolve sourcing issues, and ensure smooth and effective procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in retail, food & beverage, FMCG, or multi-brand organizations.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally with external partners.
