Job Description

  • Monitor and investigate suspicious activities to identify various forms of fraud and financial loss. Ensure all users strictly adhere to platform policies
  • Review and verify the identity of new and existing sellers, including applications for "Preferred Seller" status or requests for increased withdrawal limits.
  • Analyze and resolve user appeals and disputes with accuracy. Use critical thinking to provide fair outcomes while maintaining platform safety.
  • Regularly use platform tools and systems to analyze fraud patterns. Maintain comprehensive databases for trend analysis to improve future operational processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal data requests. Provide accurate information to relevant teams to help clarify issues for customers and reduce complaints.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and propose preventive measures. Develop "Lesson Learned" documents to share insights and solutions with the team.
  • Analyze potential risks and coordinate effectively with related departments to ensure timely resolution and prevent escalated complaints.
  • Respond to the needs of both internal and external stakeholders efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Graduates in Languages, Communications, Journalism, or Research fields are preferrable)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Fraud Operations, Fraud Analysis, Transaction Monitoring, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to explain complex findings clearly to team members and stakeholders
  • High agility with the ability to solve immediate problems effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, enjoys challenges, and possesses a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work in shifts (5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays). Regular hours are 09:00 – 18:00
