Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our office. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks, to our employees and guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a love for crafting the perfect cup.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) in accordance with office standards.
• Ensure beverage preparation areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with employees and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, tea, and other supplies, and report when restocking is needed.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring machines are clean and functioning properly.
• Assist with light food preparation and serving (e.g., pastries, snacks) as required.
• Comply with office health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
